just wondering i have a candy white skoda i have noticed that the back bumper has got marks up both sides of it as if the dirt is ingrined into the paintwork . i have tryed polish t cut but will not remove i think the paint on the bumper has started to wear thin i have mudflaps on the car bk and front which are a waste of money has any 1 came across the same problem i clean my car every day as it is a airporttaxi car is only 5 mths old 14000mls on clock i am waiting on my dealers get bk to me had a pug 407 sw taxi painwork was not marked at bk bumper had 140000mls when i got rid of it . has skoda just cut corners on paintwork .very disapointed.

I brought up this issue a while back and recieved no response. My car is Rosso Brunello red and the area of paintwork directly behing the rear mudflaps recieved a blasting from gritted roads during the winter, You seem to be the only other person who seems to have noticed. This will be an issue to moan about once the Superb is a few years old.

i will post a comment if skoda gets bk to me but they will probably not be interested its the usual as soon as they get your money they could not give a damm

Are you sure they are not just tar spots, my old octy used to get black marks all over the sides of the back bumper. Not checked the superb yet, but it was Ok when I got it with 12K on it, I have done 2K so far in the last month.

no the marks are right up yhe bumper have tryed tar remover no joy its marked the paint work :'(
