Hi All- Great website with helpful and friendly advice- 3 years ago I bought my son a 1997 Felicia Estate because he needed something large and reliable to transport his Double-Bass and various amplifiers about- 40,000 miles later (mostly trouble-free) he sold it on for not a great deal less than he paid for it- cant ask much better than that for cheap-and-cheerful transport. Anyway, i was so impressed with the car i decided to get one for myself, so when a one-owner spotless example with only 50k on the clock came up for sale, i snapped it up. Thanks to the excellent advice here, i had a good idea what to watch out for when buying......thermostat, alternator, leaky windscreen, exhaust, ect. - many thanks again!

yes it is an excellent site for chatting about the car. there is a huge amount of knowledge tucked away in the site.

also its like an extended family as everybody here helps each other out.
