Insurance Question

Featured Replies

One of my friends is insuring his car

But he's confused about some of the wordings

1 prang a claim was made

and the other he's unsure of as he didn't have to pay his policy excess

Does that count as a claim?

or would that go under as a no claim made on the form?

Was it a non-fault? If another vehicle was involved and they admitted liability straight off then he wouldn't have had to pay the excess up front.. Probably best to check with the insurance company.
