The thing is which version of the VNT 17. Am I right in thinking the PD150/PD160 also uses a VNT 17 but is slightly different?

Older turbo on the PD's were Garrett versions I think.

Does Ross Clarke just use the PD 160 turbo from the Seat PD Cupra, or is it a complete hybrid which is much larger and much more capable?

Well I am looking into a hybrid conversion (in the future though) but the company need to know what your original turbo is then they make a custom one based on the original

I thought the "VNT17" refers to a Garrett whereas the the Fabia has a KKK turbo fitted - not sure which one though! :confused: Sure Ross will clarify..

Allardturbosport wil also supply and fit uprated turbos too. :thumbup:

Mine runs a garrett hybrid from turbo dynamics and I'm pretty sure thats what ross runs too and to be honest I'm well chuffed.
