Octavia Fuel Lines?

Featured Replies

Anyone got some useful info or pictures relating to where my low pressure fuel line is please?

Car won't turn over :(

I assume the low pressure line is the pipe from the tank, down to the fuel filter and on....

Drivers side of engine bay, look for the set of three pipes that travel back from the inlet manifold. The two top pipes are the fuel feed and return.

These push onto the connector block at the side of the suspension turret. If I recall correctly the one with blue writing print is the feed. To remove the hose, squeeze the plastic fitting. These pipes feed under the car and pass through the fuel filter before entering the tank through the fuel pump, access to which is through the black circular plate under the rear seats.

The third fuel pipe connects the charcoal cansister (next to the power steering fluid reservoir) to the top of the fuel tank (where you would put the fuel in) to deal with otherwise polluting fuel vapours.

Car not starting could be for a number of reasons and not just lack of fuel!

Hope this helps....

Car not turning over would not be fuel related.

The engine would still turn over even if there was no fuel.

check the 409 relay if it cranks over but doesnt start.

under the dash drivers side
