I really like the color, it's absolutly awesame. The car itself ... what can I say, I had Daewoo Lanos for 10years, and now the Superb is ... just superb! :-) I am enjoying it every second!

Looking good :)

I've had a look at one at a dealer here and it is a very elegant shape. I think it looks so good inside and out that if you replaced the badges with Jaguar ones, everyone would believe it was a Jag.

Hi a super looking car.........can you tell me what the 1.4 engine is like? and how does the car perform on the roads? cheers

The engine is quite nice at low speeds (0-100km/h) but on the highway at 130km/h if you want to passby someone, there isn't enough power/speed to do it fast. So, its more than enough for a family use, acceleration for my taste is good enough, but as I said, with high speeds, it shows it is a little underpowered if you need fast overtakings ... All in all, for such a little engine, quite a positive surprise!

Consuption so far is 6.5l/100km on long trips (100km) and arround 9.5l/100km in town and arround 8l/100km combined. (but have no more than 500km all together)

Congratulations on your new ride. Is your 1.4 TSI a DSG or a manual?

It'll be a manual. Or at least I think it probably is!

Lovely colour, we've got that colour in the showroom and it is really nice especially in the sun.

Thanks for the pictures. I have the same colour being delivered next month, can't wait.

DSG is from 1.8TSI up, so 1.4 TSI has no DSG option ...

Nice colour:thumbup:. Quite a step up from the Daewoo I'd imagine.

Well ... Daewoo was a great car, but Superb is not that bad either, so I can live with it! hehe

Jup, a BIG step up! :-)
