I am on my second set on the Roomy. Fantastic for the money.

Completely agree with Decron's comment. Falkens are fabulous tyres for the price.

how good are those falkons in terms of road noise

Compared to what?

They are better than most.

I have Continental prem 2's at the moment

I personally really rate the Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3s - best tyres I have ever owned on all my cars. Absolutely stunning grip and in the wet and the dry. Exceptional feedback near the limit and predictable progressive slip when the limit is met.

The noise levels produced by the tyre are more then acceptable and they don't squeal when pushed either! ;):)

Only down side is they are rubbish in the snow!

I had the GY Eagle F1 GSD3 fitted on my roomster too. When I hit a pot hole and dented my 17in rims, I decided to down size to 16in.

Now I have Bridgestone Potenza RE11. Better and more quiet.

Not sure about winter as I am located in Asia.

But sure good grip in very wet weather.
