After test driving several new "hot hatches", I opted for the Fabia vRS.

I can't wait to take delivery of the beast. Black magic, heated seats and cruise.

Can I ask you what you like about having xenons, i'm not sure whether to get them as an extra with them being 500 quid.

The colour choice is disappointing on the vRS, but the black is pretty smart. If there had been a better choice, I would have opted for the graphite grey...

No, I didn't consider the Octavia. Unless they make a fast one that does over 50mpg!

Pixi - the xenons are good, but the standard ones are more than adequate. I couldn't justify the extra expense. Plus the bulbs are very expensive should they blow...
