Oh well now of course that's true :giggle:

Your status in society is defined by your four wheels. The people to look up to are the drivers of grand cars because they are the pillars of humanity to respect.

''Evening Marlon King, do you want your Bentley washed?''

Whats the profit after tax and your balance sheet seeing as you're free with the figures? if you're registered at companies house i'll just take a look in the morning anyway but thought id ask out of interest, its a nice site.

Unfortunately you and I have something in common. I sold about £20k worth of Hornby Dublo ( 3rail )a few years back which i'd collected over the years. I miss it, it was all beautiful stuff.

I may have misread it but I was under the impression that the SEAT is the company car from Moley's other job.

I know someone who's worth a couple of million or so and is happy driving round in a Mondeo. As stated earlier, not everyone wants a flash motor just because they're worth a few quid

Hardly boasting, just feel for one year's trading in the current climate it is very successful. Regards your Hornby Dublo not that is a real shame. Love the 3 rail Dublo. We have some coming up in September if you want to start a new collection?:rofl:

Like I said, depends on profit after tax and your balance sheet, hope you maintain/grow next year mate, its a tough climate but IMO mint boxed stuff only gets rarer so prices will always creep up. I remember the days of trawling round rugby and walsall train fairs doing a bit of bartering, good times!

I shall be at Rugby Vintage on the 22nd August on the stand. Matchbox and Dinky is my vice to be fair so I'll be on the hunt!

edit: I have taken the figures off as maybe I shouldn't be so open with them.

I'll remove them from the quote in my post too!

By the way, whats the registered company name or is it just a non-limited partnership?

Thanks for that. I think the thread has gone to far off the subject anyway
