If you have heated windscreen, you can see the wires running through it, from top to bottom.

If you have heated washers, you can see a wire running to them next to the water hose under the bonnet. - and the units themselves are really big.

There is also a switch on the Climate Unit for the windscreen.

Not too sure if the switch is correct, I thought it was the one next the button marked AC for the front screen and the other for the rear window, can anyone confirm which way it is for everyones benefit please?

I thought that the Elegance came with the umbrella as standard or am I wrong? I know that mine was delivered without it and when I mentioned it to my dealer they said they would find me one, which I pick up next week.

Yes, it's the one Next to the AC for the front screen (i had never actually played with it when i took the photo's as it was summer. Plus only half of my windscreen actually worked when it did get cold! new screen now fitted) - the top button for the rear screen - and the wing-mirror control's for the heated mirrors - and heated washers have been confirmed as "on key".

Well thats a shame then, they get a lot of free publicity from the fact the only other car to come with a umbrella is a Rolls Royce and that is something that is broadcast on national TV from the likes of Top Gear and also Fifth Gear and other motoring programmes and I would guess as well from other motoring programmes on TV stations all over the world. I think that can be called a own goal then.

Yeah, only the passenger side actually heated!

Took a week to come in, then was fitted at dealers within a week after that...

If you are after a umbrella, I just got my Superb new and it did not come with one last week. The dealer told me £36, but there is a Skoda dealer on EBAY selling them for £33 delivered next day, I got mine from there, It came sealed new in a box, and a Skoda invoice so all original and new. The dealer is from Mansfield.
