Cleaning white cloth seats on VRS

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

Got 05 VRS with the white cloth seats. Got a couple of what looks like drink stains which seem to have dried in and was wondering if anyone has advice on getting these out? Should I use standard upholstery cleaning products or is there something else more specialised?

Regards,

Nounou

Thanks for the replies. I'll try and look out for one. Got a baby on the way soon so might be renting one a lot soon! Should of thought of that before I bought one.

rug doctors are also available from Somerfield Stores I believe, although due to the Co-operative takeover I am unsure whether they will be available still. Hope that helps.

i regularly use Auto Glym Interior Shampoo, the green squared one, its excellent

Pah, call yourself a car enthusiast. :wonder:

Thats not extreme, it was a pleasure to work on the motor as always. Plus I needed to fix the wire seat frame that was coming through the foam and causing it to be uncomfortable as a daily drive.

You can't do that with a Rug Doctor :p :p :p
