i know im thining JOM coilovers or Tenika ones, not sure, both budget kits really, so cant expect great quality. should do the job though. might wait a couple of months

  • Author

managed to get hold of a pd160 intake, should be here in a few days.

Scott - only just noticed this thread :)

Get some Ap coilovers or Jom - heard great things about both. (Got AP myself)

Must clean my brakes, I think some polish will clean them up rather than paint :D

Aha been up for a while, not much happens in it due to my lack of cash but owell. yeh like i said pd160 intake coming and if im going for coilovers im thinking those JOM ones will do nicely, reviews arent half as bad as i thought they would be for cheap coilies....cheap and cheerful. but its between a remap and coilies i think possibly in may hmmmm, opinion?

Coilovers personally - remap can wait :)

thats what my thoughts are....did you tell your insurance about your coilovers?

Yup, no change though as didn't increase the speed/bhp

Go for ap!

Same company as kw / weitec so will still be good quality

what company is that with?

its the price difference though. JOM are £200 new and AP's are like £400, im uber skint and want a holiday at some point so the car hasnt got much to be spent on it tbh.
