  • black is nice but i prefer grey. Just had mine done in Anthracite the other week Skoda Octavia VRS FL - Anthracite wheels by Stu Worrall, on Flickr

There is a white Corsa VXR near where I live in white with a gloss black roof and wheels and it looks the nutts!! I think with a white vRS I think I would look at a very dark metallic gunmmetal though.

There is a member on here with black wheels and mirror covers and I think he may have had the chrome grill surround done in black also, do a search mate!

IIRC, members user name is rob_e

Also I think GAFF has one similar-ish, but not FL?

Spot on 'v R S' although I was wrong they are not black wheels, but dark anthracite as I recommended previously.

i think do it , it will set you apert from all the other millions of vrs's about.

Not my cup of tea...........even less so on a new car! However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Hope you enjoy your new car. I collect my vrs estate in a few weeks. Can't wait.

I just got mine done in 'black chrome' last week which is not too disimilar from the anthracite but perhaps a bit more metalliccy. I think plain black wheels are 'lost' a bit on a black car but everyone will have a different opinion on this I guess.

Quite a lot of kerbing there Brimma!! :S

Ive got black alloys on my FR and I shan't be going for them on my blue vRS when it finally arrives. They constantly look dirty no matter what the wheather even though they are very well done by Laptab in Birmingham.

I shall be going for an anthracite colour I think. These will look nice especially with the big red Cupra brakes behind them!

Is it not just that white greasy cr@p they use to mount the tyres?
