So basically thier crap, not white at all. Can't tell the difference between them and the nightbreakers and the nightbreakers light up the road MUCH MUCH better.

Waste of money in my opinion.

I was temped to get some of the 4300 ones, ie non-blue ones.

Decided against it the other day & you have put me right off.

Thanks for posting.

No problem, just looked on the HIDKITS4U website and seen they have a kit for reflector style headlights.

Anyone know if I need the slim fit kit for the vRS or will a standard HID kit fit?

Also, does the vRS have the CANBUS warning thingy?

I thought that those bulbs that said XXXXK meant that they were for use with HID ballasts?! Am I wrong, can they just be plugged into standard headlights?

All bulbs have a colour output (how white or blue they are) in xxxxk's. Even house hold bulbs etc can be measured although they tend to be named 'cool white' or something airy.

Usually the xxxxk is for HIDs, but there is no reason why it can't be applied to a normal bulb.

You will to make sure what you buy is meant for your car though, as some normal filament bulbs use xenon gas, but aren't HID's. Confusing I know, usually HID's are clearly stated as such.
