Cheap VRS deals?

Featured Replies

Maybe the most stupid question ever, but does anyone know if there are good deals to be had on the Furby VRS?

Oh, and where?!

I ask because I want to change my current motor (MK IV Golf TDI 90bhp :thumbdwn: ) to this bargainous beast.

Thanks guys!

Try some of the internet sites that supply from UK dealers. Broadspeed.com and drivethedeal.com are good.

I've heard tins.co.uk are good too.

Could also try motorpoint.co.uk but they are a car supermarket but do sell them new much cheaper.

Hope this helps

I've got a new 05 ordered at the moment - 11800 with cruise & CD autochanger, tank of fuel & 12 months tax - they'll also wire in my Road Angel and give me a bottle of VAG oil and a geeky VRS tee-shirt - got the same offer at two dealers - just bargain hard.

Motorpoint had vRS Fabias last summer but these were imports from Malta, not sure what this would do to their re-sale value and I bet they didn't come with the 3 year warranty of the UK supplied car. You pays your money.....

Be aware that the direct dealer margin (excluding quarter bonuses made if they meet their sales target) is approximately

I got mine through the website TINS which is an offshoot of Pendragon cars - the biggest car dealership co. in UK. The basic model of Vrs was about

Way over the money to me that. Have a look on Autotrader and Skoda website used car search. I've seen 2004 models on both with less miles, trade, 11k.

I've just picked mine up tonight!! Can't believe it's sitting outside right now :D Mines a March 04 from a private buyer, black, 6k, standard spec... paid

Yep - all checked, see my earlier thread in General re HPI :)

I'd sold my car earlier in the day and part-financed the Skoda through a personal loan, so yes, no need for dealer services really, especially considering the warranty, as you say.
