Fabia vRS 1.4 TSI's modifications

Small thread revival,

Just looking at the Fabia MK1 modding options available, seems like a very good range. Question is, do people expect this level or greater of mods to be available on the MKII and if so, how long before we start seeing brake kits, multiple induction kits, strut braces etc?

induction kits are already on the market, the rear ARB is the same as the mk1 fabia/ibiza etc, loads of brake upgrade options, loads of suspension, intake and power options

I can confirm the lower engine mount is the same as the mk1, ive used my vibra technics moun that was far too firm for the 1.9tdi lump but is perfect for the smoothness of the 1.4tsi, glad i did the mod!

I'd expect a lot of mods to become available, but not as many as the mkI has for some time yet as modding new cars is not so popular as tweaking older ones. So IMO there is not enough of a market yet.

available intakes here

available tuning options here

Dyno graph thread here

Brake upgrades here

Im heading up mansfield to shark performance for stage 1 next week. finally get the midrange grunt its missing. wont be asking to much of it though, think the revo cars might be pushing it to much, alot of them on SCN getting engine warning lights flashing up when under hard acceleration. Ill be happy with 205hp.

All the above look spot on, just a wee FYI... MK4 R32s came with 334mm brakes, not 323mm and require 18" alloys, so in case anyone thought this was the ideal upgrade (brakes were fantastic on the R32) they won't fit under 17" alloys.
