front mud flaps for the vRS

Featured Replies

Had dealer fit my front mud-flaps and believe cost about £15, if I remember correctly.

The MK1 Fabia VRS rear mud-flaps were the awkward ones as part the trim needed to be removed/cut-away.

That's strange, I too bought some from my local dealer (Colchester) November time, fitted them the same time gave it a coat of Collinite wax, too early to tell if cause any clear coat damage, but keeps the sides a bit cleaner during this crap weather

Well it seems the mud flaps are not really worth it then according to peoples views, i did think they looked a bit short.

Bill when u say u make your own mate how do u go about that?

Hi Paul

I buy material from a company called performance creations and cut it to the exact size I require and secure it to the plastic inner wing using the same screw holes you would use to fit OEM mud flaps.

The fronts fit straight on, but the rear's require small spacers.

Heres some (not very good) pic's, but you can get the general idea.
