Spin out in vRS. Any idea where I am?

Featured Replies

Hi folks,

Had good spin out yesterday with the missus. Stopped very briefly at this location for a quick snap before it got too dark.

No prizes for guessing where I am but would anyone like to make a guess? :smirk:

Remember that from when it was on......by car wash i mean any sort of car wash that doesn't involve me or my snow foam and Lambs wool wash pad!

Indeed. This car will never ever see a car wash

Snow foam, rinse then hand wash with lambs wool mitt using two bucket method all day long. :)

Doesn't snow foam negate the need for hand washing?

No it is basically just a wetting agent to shift loose dirt and soften it up.

Agree. Just a pre-handwash stage really. Speeds up the washmitt time though, as a portion of the hardwork has already been done, and you should have got rid of the stubborn stuff by the time you reach for a mitt...

I've occasionally foamed the car and then mitted a panel at a time, still using a rinse bucket. Only usually mid-week in the summer though, when it's just dust and flies I'm trying to keep on top of.

Cheers,

Steve

I've recently brought a Nilfisk C120 and a Autobrite HD Snow Foam lance and 5ltrs of Magifoam. Just waiting for the weather to warm up a bit!

Who needs warm weather - washed mine today and then I have the pleasure of telling the old(ish) moaning woman next door to, "Get lost" when she moans about the ice outside my house......it's what cars and winter were made for!

Go on - wash it, you know you want to!

LOL - you have an old bag next to you too then! I came back from work one day to a 4 foot fence seperating the drives and concrete on my property had been dug up....which apparently was hers...

I do want to really but as the temperature never got above freezing over the weekend and the Nilfisk wouldn't like that!

Lol! :)

Quite freaky that..

Now there's a challenge. How many Brisky photos do you think we can get taken in that spot? :D

Go up that way now and again, but last time was last Jan. And I didn't take a photo. And I wasn't in a Skoda at the time ;)

Where's Winnets Pass??

Seems like a good idea and there's always something to do in Castleton after you've taken the photo.

Where's Winnets Pass??

Dunno about that location but Winnats Pass is here. :giggle:
