It's in Instruments -> Adaptation, and if the actual consumption is 9% more than the maxidot shows, enter 109 for the correction factor. That seems unreasonably high error margin, how are you checking the actual consumption? I

On my Superb I have it set to 110% (it was reading 52MPG, actual 47MPG = 5 MPG too high), on my car it worked out that every 2% = 1MPG
