New RS Supreme seat option for vRS?

Hi guys.

Waiting on my new vRS just two weeks or so out, I came across this photo on a luxury cars blog. The post is from late January this year. I ordered RS Supreme. Can I expect this to be what's delivered instead of the "traditional" look? If so - fine by me. They look great!

These are the seats in the Limited Edition RS that was released just prior to the facelift model so i'm afraid you won't get these seats! Unless its different in Norway!

Ok, I get it.

Shame they let them go. Nothing wrong with the seats as is, but I thought these looked better. And hoped for them to come around as the "sausage stuffing" is more in line with what VW is putting out in new models these days.

I also think of ordering a new vRS and was wondering - what do these RS Supreme seats look like. Can someone that have them ordered and delivered to make a picture and post it? Thank you in advance.

Supreme is just the standard plain black leather option.

Thank you for you fast reply. As far as i know - there are seats for Limited Edition vRS only - and there is a difference between these and the RS Supreme ( I hope i am wrong, because i love these that you have posted and want to order them).

You can only get the those leather seats with the LE which is no longer in production. You could of course go to a trimmer and ask them to replicate them maybe?

My concern is that i think of ordering my vRS with the RS Supreme interior, but haven't seen how exactly it looks. I want to see a picture of an interior equipped with RS Supreme. The dilemma is - a Normal vRS Interior or the RS Supreme. I have seen normal one - but haven't seen the RS Supreme one. That's why i asked if someone that owns such a car to make a picture The normal interior with which is equipped be default vRS also is interesting for me - as ia have seen only one till now. I want to see both interiors and make the decision :)Thank you in advance

I actually felt the standard seats looked a bit tacky.. The leather looked more appealing to me and also easier to keep clean..

Aye - after seeing the leather I too went for it.

I know that some panels are not real leather, but I do like the overall "black look" of them.

The current VAT free offer made them more appealing too - along with the heated front seats.
