TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We've had a couple of phonecalls this morning about driver issues - the STS needs to be used with a 32-bit version of Windows.

If you have having problems connecting to the STS or installing the drivers, please ensure that you are using a 32-bit version of Windows.

Missed the postie, card left at home but I have to wait 4 hours for collection. Now at work :(

Mine arrived and map emailed, had to get usb drivers from elsewhere to get it to work :'( but got there in the end.

Mind if I ask where you goit the USB driver from? Wndows 7 doesn't seem to want to recognise it

have you tried telling it to search for c:\Xconsole when it tries to install the driver?

Units arrived, a run down to England and back over the weekend has only taken me up to 1500 miles on the clock. Will I cave in and plug it in before the 2k mark
