MFD1 stuck in safe mode and PO562 fault code

evening all

just got my car back from service and new clutch/flywheel. only problem was when i started the car it asked me for the code to the mfd unit. now trying to be a clever twot i entered what i thought was the code and it was wrong so tried again and it put into safe mode - i know what your all thinking "what a tit"

i have the code in the skoda wallet but it wont let me enter it. how do i get it out of safe mode, just sit and wait?

Yeah you have to wait 30 or 60 min iirc. Good luck!

yup! :giggle: been for a gooooood drive as well and its still stuck in safe mode? whats next disconnect the battery? also had a fault code PO562 on my obd reader today "system voltage low" anyone had this before?

Leave it overnight!

Sounds like the battery is a bit drained.

FINALLY!!! after leaving it for nearly 3 hours with the ignition on it decided to let me enter the code. thanks for your help guys. yeah im thinking either battery or alternator fault to get that code reading....
