Calm down and check your collective blood pressure's!! It is indeed the afore mentoned widow-maker, but due to the topography of my 'pikey' installed drive way and the cars lowered stance I need to start the lift with the OE jack, then in goes the trolley jack and axle stands..........

Bought one in B&Q last week inc wheel chocks and axle stands for £14 in there sale, not sure if it's still on,

I see you stuck with the VW logos - I've bought some 90mm dia. 'Skoda' stickers off ebay, but I'm not sure how easy they will be to stick onto the domed VW logos without creasing.

I have the stickers off ebay now. Photo was pre stickers!

They are a pain to fit and crease up a lot. Look awful up close but OK from a distance.
