You need to read posts properly instead of twisting comments and being argumentative and aggressive as usual. Steve’s orginal post also said about constructive criticism invited or not, it’s something which you seem to find difficult to comprehend or provide.

No doubt I’ll get an aggressive antagonistic post back as you revert to type as sadly those who dish it out are unable to accept it.

edited to add, your last post on Steve’s shot was more reasonable and measured be good if you can keep that going.

"Mrcrow" had asked me for comment on a previous picture (flowers) & was pleased with my suggestions of "exposing to the right"...

so I passed on my personal opinion on his black & white shot...as we had been "helping" each other...& to not sound too critical or unfreindly I started the post with "my personal opinion"...

posting pictures on the web & expecting NO comments IMHO is a very novel idea as I stated in my first reply to "Stever750" post (which could be construed as jumping down my throat) suggesting I keep my comments to myself....

As for my comments on "stever750" black & white...that's my honest opinion...I call a spade a spade..I'm always honest & straight foreword with my comments & opinion's...so you always know where you stand with me...I'd far rather be known as that than being otherwise...as the counter alternatives as usually duplicitous...

Ars gratia artis...art for arts sake

l assume you like music as I do being a musician as a pastime for 50 years.

that is an art which Is fully technical in understanding and qualification but needs the heart of the musician to fulfill it...otherwise they are merely technicians

Do you play anything?

cheers

geof

Yes, guitar. Picked it up when I was 14, still playing nearly 40 years later

Great!  My wife plays guitar and I took up the bass guitar around 15 years ago

That was easier than a “real” guitar

i think note and progressions as a wind player so all I had to learn was the fretboard and basic rhythms

cheers

Not bad at that stage of the weather

Lucky number too

Is that your mate?

Cheers

Geof

Thanks Geof, Jay is in the Snodhurst car below. Storming first race from 12th to 2nd at one point, then backed up by two team mates finishing fourth in the end. Commentator was going crazy lol

Another image of a silhouette car also posted. Nice bright livery’s make good shots. Shame the weather closed in and cut short my snapping, was just starting to get the hang of the 80D. Hoping to get to the British superbikes for fridays free practice, though current work commitments might not suit.

Liking the colours and tones is this Steve.

Off to the British Superbike practice tomorrow, if I get anything worthwhile, will post up.

A really slow panning shot at 1/25 sec shutter speed and full zoom. Very pleased with this one.

love the impression bikes give..thrills and speed...all on two wheels..

like this one of the three...the side car seems strange sort of coming out of the ground...used to find sidecars better viewing at the TT..

a crop on this to take out the edge colours would be a good one to go on a wall

because the tyres arent frozen a well they look..the rear one..like slicks

cheers

geof

ps ireland was a wash out...and the ferries did a dance coming back...yesterday

all in all...not as good as our first visit

cheers
