No updates as yet sadly fans. I've had a busy couple of months with family and earning money so the wee beastie has been left alone.

I'm liking this...

Always fancied doing this to a fab.

Well done, don't rush it,will be awesome when finished.

16" VAG steels and yes it's on coil overs.

So standard fabia wheels? Or am I mistaken as they look bigger than what's on mine, not actually measured what I have fitted to my car...

Fabia vRS steels (also fitted to a lot of other VAG vehicles).

There is progress but there will be no more online updates after a targeted break in at my unit. The person(s) responsible broken into my unit (1 of 20) so they knew what they were after so not advertising my work further just to attract thieves who would rather steal someones stuff rather than earn it themselves or lack the talent to do it.

Sorry to hear. :-( There are some scummy people out there, I hope that not too much was taken? But It does raise a point about posting things online, theives aren't normally the smartest but it's worrying to think that they are looking online and targeting certain cars as they know what is under the bonnet or potentially in the owners garage/unit.

That's awful to hear. Hope you can catch those responsible

Sad it comes to this sometimes, but clearly you can't be too careful.... :(

I hope you had the stolen kit insured ...

This is the reason why I never post any "check-in" updates on Facebook etc and provide as little identifiable info on-line as possible. It is a sad world we live in. Perhaps project sections should be only accessible to members so no general public could see them? That would at lest limit the risk?
