All stripped and primed. Amazing the panel detail under all that crap.

Nice to see it's progressing. :)

Hate removing underseal with a passion, best of using a cupped, twisted wire brush on a 9inch grinder, easiest way to remove it I found after doing all my floor pans on my classic Mini with it.

Work progress is looking good though buddy keep it up.

You must be a married man by now with lots of spare time in your hands? :)

Posting to get updates and compliment your hard work and huge knowledge! At 250 ponies and some nice diff (LSD in plans?) it should be sweet to drive. I hope married life will not eat up too much of your time but I'd have thought that both of you being car aficionados this should be no issue ;).

Keep up the good work! It is a pleasure to see specialist at work.

Looking good

Hmmm, I suspect you might be going for a little more power than standard there.

The standard 68bhp? Yeah just a touch.

I was thinking more than standard for the 1.8T, based on the size of the intercooler.
