I've seen 3 of these flying around near Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard yesterday, in black, with the same swirly pattern on them and a big orange triangle on the grille.

The front said Mini, but looks shorter heightwise which is what made me take more interest in the 2nd and 3rd I passed.

standard mini is ok but the others are pretty awful imho.

We've friends with a new Countryman. They love it, I didn't like it. Didn't think the interior was wonderful quality either considering the price.

So, ccompared with the WRC and a real Mini, it looks like it's only eaten the pies and bridies, but left the burgers.

File under "fashion victim specials".

We were seriously tempted with a std MINI for SWMBO..... if only there had been any rear legroom.

It's the car equivalent of a chicken tikka pizza, "we've got a product, how can we add extra novelty?".

I never minded the outside of the original new Mini, but the interior looked like someone had looked up the word, "funky" in a dictionary and applied it literally.............

Looks about as good as the new Mini! I'm not a big fan of modern small coupes or the BMW Minis - I wouldn't have guessed that combining the two would look that hideous though.

I didn't mind the mini sorry MINI coupe but it's very similar to the convertible. As for the Countryman and that WRC, both should be dropped off a cliff....
