Part No

Featured Replies

Hello all, serviced my car today(2004 VRS) while changing the oil filter, which was unbelievably tight  i noticed a loose plastic unit located near the filter that looks like a pump, it is attached by small cotton reel type mounts which are broken, does anybody know the part number for these mounts, sorry about the vague description.

sounds like the secondary air injection pump mounts - there was a thread a while ago asking for the part number for these

iirc they were quite expensive

Found the thread, looks like they're about £9 each Ouch!. Thanks for the help

you're welcome - that's the best thing about this site - much better quality info compared to the dealer!

anyway I wouldn't worry about the mounts so long as the pump is secure - it only runs for about 1 minute after a cold start anyway

Seems pretty secure, MOT due soon not sure if they'll pick it up

Cable ties work to secure the pump lol
