Some companies have a different outlook. I have had both a Seat Leon with a tuning box and my 1st Octy RS, APR remapped. Both times my wife was a named driver with mods declared. Both times the policies were taken out she was under 25. Both times with Direct Line, the premium was cheaper with her on it.

yea im with elephant and have all my mods declared. i was under 25 at the time and im now only 25. my girlfriend is a named driver and she is only 24 and she made the policy price go down!
