Dunno what to do.......

Featured Replies

Well since my job changed about this time last year it now means I have to use my own car for company business and therefore find myself in a quandry. I'm currently doing 25k - 30k miles pa of which 2/3 are on business. Although I get re-imbursed for the mileage and have a car allowance I can't help feeling it would be more economic to run a diesel.

I've also been thinking about downgrading in terms of value as I don't want to ruin a nice car going to construction sites, blatting up and down the highways etc. So that's the quandry. Anyone any thoughts?

Anyone want to buy an Estate??

Get an Octy PD130 / PD140 estate and get it chipped?

Always thought some of the best buys are used big french car like 607 diesel of some sort.2/3 year old car for about

Get an Octy PD130 / PD140 estate and get it chipped?
The first would be my choice, in L&K Estate form. :)

Test drive a Superb, I think you'll be impressed. Then try to find another car with the same amount of kit for the same money. Typicsal elegance spec has about 4K of VW/AUDI options fitted as standard.

Use the Pug for work................... :D

Wouldn't even think of getting another new car for work.

Keep the Octy.

Get rid of that Money Pit (205)

Buy a decent Turbo-Diesel for 2 or 3 grand and run that into the ground doing work mileage....Assuming your employer doesn't have a maximum age limit on vehicles bought under the allowance..
