You see before you the whole list of areas that exist. Would you rather be in with the Midlands?

I am aware of the issues of a name...sadly Northern England to me is actually about 1 mile south of the Scottish Border, for others it's North of Watford.

The regional groups on this site are slices of the pie that is England or the UK, thus Wales, Ireland, Scotland, NE, SE, SW, NW, E (They asked nicely and it's not South) and Midlands.

I've said before, if any region begins to develop a lot of events or meets I'll break it down. the map that drives it is county to city based, thus please think of that before the NE, NW "logical" grouping.

Now that said if it's a huge issue, then we'll look at change, but quite frankly the UK is so dam small I can go to a meet in Yorkshire despite living in Cheshire, or the Midlands etc, it's not that big a place, hence the NE, NW, SE, SW, Mid and E, Wales, Scotland grouping.
