It doesn't matter about starting power, 130, 140, 150 they can all still be mapped to the same as we can see with the blt and asz engines, just so happened mine was down a little making it a 62 hp increase, if it was 150 standard it would still make 190 with only 40hp increase, just because mine was down a little on standard power makes the difference more but means jack all. I'm not getting hung up on it, but if my car is 190 and I'm told it's not when it is lol I'm not gonna stand and listen to people try and tell me it's not! Lol the drives brilliantly, pulls extremely smoothly right through the rev range with very little smoke, plenty of torque and economy has improved significantly so I'm extremely happy and as you says that's all that matters, my popcorn is done too so I'm out lol

There's also the fact that both the PD100 and PD130 routinely make more than the manufacturer's quoted power as standard, so for yours to be below that and then gain 62hp (the same overall power as my first car)indicates that's something's not quite right with the rollers. Or maybe the operator...

Anyway, you shouldn't be so hung up on the numbers, it's how it drives that counts. I don't know what my PD100 is making on it's current Shark map, but boy, I know I like it.

I have a PD100, standard power 114bhp and 180lb/ft, Shark remap 150bhp and 235lb/ft (RR at CC Tuning) and the car drives alot better than when it was standard

I dont think wilsy was saying a pd100 would map to 190 matt he was saying if a pd130 made 130hp 140 or 150 with a map they could get around the same figure.

My fabia Vrs is mapped 2 170bhp with standard turbo n standard clutch and the turbo went boom it's always warmed up and cooled down so I would get a stage 2 turbo and clutch before u paying out mega money

yh would be good to see the results both cars going head to head maybe, that dave wishart has got a bit of a reputation over on edition for being a bull****ter about the power produced from a re-map be good to finally put this one to bed like u say its been dragging on for months

Yeah im well aware of the high power figures I just qouted what the dyno read. I don't see why he feels the need to lie? Because hes a very good mapper
