Touring cars are at Croft this weekend. Is there anyone planning to go?

I'll be there, somewhere on the track with Orange overalls, as usual. I'll find out where I am on Sat Morning.

Saturday is mostly Practice and Qualifying, with only 3 races at 3:50 pm onwards (Clios, Ginetta GTs and F Renaults).

Sunday is all Racing, starting with Touring Cars @ 12:10. Strangely there are no Porsches racing this weekend.

If you're in Kent, then that's a long way to come just to see 6 hours of Racing! I hope you enjoy it and it's worth the journey.

Having said that, at Easter I drove down to Dover, for a few days to see European Rallycross at Lydden Hill.

I'm coming over to watch the touring cars on sunday. Usually go to Oulton park.

Go to Croft every year to watch it, can't wait. Hope it stays dry for comfort, wet for entertainment!

i think i saw you on sat just behind the commentary tower leaning on a silver people carrier thing!

also spotted a silver fabia vrs waiting to get out of the parking field also a black and a blue octy vrs.

I wonder if you spotted a black Fabia driving around the circuit at half 11 (ish) who parked up in the car park behind the complex, ie me.

It was a good day's racing, mother nature made it interesting though. I think I should tell some of the Genetta drivers, that if you have slicks on and it's raining, the tarmac and grass is very slippery! I lost count how many we had into that barrier at the complex.

The blue Octy vRS was me. The rain did spice it up a bit but it's not as a good as Knockhill IMO as that's just close racing whereas this wasn't. The turbos ran away and hid leaving JP to plod around on his own and Gordon Shedden had the cheek to say that JP dominated in qualy being over a second quicker. Surely that's down to set up. The sooner RML get a decent lump in that car the better.

The silver Fabia in the parking field might have been me. Was it the first field, and parked up next to the fence? There was a lovely black Octy to my left with a black grille.

Saw the black Fabia going around the track. In fact I saw quite a few Skodas that day and took note of the number plates to post in the spotted thread (not done it yet tho).

Was a good day, Mat Jackson drove well as did Rob Collard. Plato had a bad day I think.

Yours was defo cleaner than mine tho lol. My grille's off to ready to wrap. I have to admit that your Octy is the nicest I've seen. I want one next and was thinking blue or silver, but the black with the grille to match looks classy

OMG my car was filthy i was desperate to clean it before i took it but didnt get chance because of the weather, i thought YOURS looked very clean.

the grill looks good against the black , we need to get some briskoda stickers then would have realised we were briskodians and could of had a chat!

haha that's funny, I was desperate to wash mine all week then drove over and hour in the heavy rain to get there. Oh well glad to hear it looked respectable.

+1 with the stickers, been meaning to sort it out but never get round to it.
