I've no intention of doing the grilles, I've no idea where people have got that idea from

The stripe actually looks way better than I expected it to though

I like the stripe, I think it will only work on a black car though.

Thanks Alan - yes, the intention was for it to about 1cm above - PITA trying to do it by line of sight though :S

When I did something similar a few years ago I used a ruler to measure and a pencil to make guiding dashes where I wanted to put the stripe - then applied 6" at a time to the marks eyeing in along the length of the car. Easy!

The striping began this evening, but unfortunately rain stopped play before I finished a full side

i actually really like that! the pinstripe is awesome. personally though i think the grill would work better in black.

I can answer that mate, they are a different set, similar to the ones available on the Super skoda site (only cheaper) instead of the chrome inners Brimma's are black, look great imo, but still in the region of £160 for the pair and they are still not xenon.

Do a search for Brimma's content and you will find a dedicated thread on them.

you make my life too easy haha....thanks buddy! yeh colour coded grill and blacked lamps shud deffo be standard on the vRS...if vauxhall can get it right with the VXR how come skoda cant? :( guess its just the price you pay for a superior car lol.

Nice set of pics there Bry. Think the roof bars work, as they're in black and fit in with the body colour.

Those headlamps look great again too - good to see them back on the car.

Could you with some gold wrap on the exhaust pipes though? Only piece of silver I can see left on the car!
