Which wheels?

Recommended Posts

Just fishing for ideas at the moment and thought i'd ask for other peoples opinions.

So the car is a black magic vRS with a metallic blue grille, fog surrounds and soon to be blue mirror caps (pics to follow on completion)

Choices for the wheels are

team dynamics pro race 1.2 black with blue lip

Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 in anthracite

And here's just a wildcard

For me I don't think the first one is right in black - you lose the detail and definition of the wheel. The last one is hideous - what were you thinking?????????????????? The second wheel is very nice though B)

TD PR wheels wins everytime!!! Colour?????........personal choice but on a met black car I'd go either gloss black (no lip), HP silver (spangly), or gloss white! Oh and lose the blue highlights on the car!!.....either go red or VRS green or go chrome (Audi style, very nice).....or total black stealth mode.......or leave alone as OEM. B)

Refurbish old wheels same colour as grill, certainly different and probably cheaper.emoticon-0148-yes.gif

Seriously? I think black and blue go really well together. I've never seen it done before so thought I'd try it. I personally don't think black with red goes too well. What would people think of carbon wrapped grille etc..??

Black and blue together looks like a black eye

Had a few of those and wasnt especially keen on them

Either

Looks like you really wished you had that extra 2k for a proper race blue one

If I wanted a blue car I would have got one so hat has absolutely nothing to do with it.

I thought I'd experiment and get rid of the awful chrome.

Everyone else who's seen it in person really likes it and I don't think I did a too bad effort for my first spraying
