So guys i'm gettin terrible rear end twitching when giving it a little beans round bends i never had that before the ARB but i have never put it through the bends in anger since way before the new tires, could it be a combo of soft sidewalls on the Rainsport2's and the ARB needing to be stiffer? or something else?

What setting is that bar on now?

I wouldn't expect an issue with sidewalls TBH, and Rainsport2s are decent so....

its on the middle setting mate.

OK. Twitchy to me through the bend would say to me that the bar could be set at too stiff a setting, and that it's too keen to transfer cornering load. But knowing what I know of the Whiteline bar and also from others who've fitted it, I think the mid setting would be absolutely fine and not cause the issues you've mentioned.

My Autotech at the middle setting (where I've left it) feels nothing but confidence inspiring mid-bend; one of the reasons I always tend to fit an uprated one in fact :)

How's your suspension setup/geo? Did you have it tweaked/checked when the Eibach springs went on? If it's been up on the ramps for RARB fitting, it would be advisable to get it checked again, just in case things have moved out of alignment.

Had a wheel alignment done last week after the springs were fitted

I might book it in again for a check.

That does sound strange. As Wardy says, my Whiteline rarb (set to the hardest setting) feels absolutely solid and not at all twitchy, even when entering corners at stupid speeds.

OK - rear left was WAY out previously wasn't it!

Revised rear camber values issued were: -1°20' ± 30'

But would be interesting to see when the check is made how it then compares to the values they set the car to after the spring fitting.

so what other items do u need when fitting the rarb from whiteline. got mine today just wanna make sure if got everything i need. cheers

You don't NEED to change anything else, you can fit it straight on without changing anything else.

More typically though, owners who fit them are probably more likely to have also changed suspension components etc...
