So you are the one with the huuuuge Corniche rims I keep on seeing on Skodacommunity ;) Great stuff.

How are you liking the camera? the quality looks very good.

still looking for a good place to mount the cam inside the car , somewhere between the front seat

Excellent choice with the GoPro - nice video emoticon-0148-yes.gif

If you get the tripod mount, you can fix up a mount that attaches to the headrests. I'll get a photo of the one I made up tommorrow.

thanks alot , all i found was selfmade mountings wich connect the headrests and with the cam between.

great video but exhaust sounds strange?, like snakes trying to escape! :)

The sound from the GoPro isn't always mega accurate, especially with the camera mounted in that position. As you'll be picking up a lot of wind noise, and the mic position is also a long way from the exhaust. To do it properly, you'd really need a separate professional mic, mounted at the rear of the car.

OK, here's my mount.

Use a thin strip of wood, no more than 1cm thick. Remove a headrest and drill holes in the wood so the headrest fits through it and then reinstall on the seat. I use 2 straps to secure it to the headrest to stop vibration. Fix a tripod mount attachment to the end of the wood, which will get the cam to about the centre of the car.

I get this as a result, the HD footage in the second half should be similar to the GoPro (wider angle).

In such a small car you can fix one of the GoPro bonded mounts to the top of the rear screen, which gives you a view right through the car.

wanting to get one of these myself although I might go for the basic non HD version
