Interestingly, there is a brand new MX-5 at work in virtually this colour combination.

Virtually the same shade of green, gloss black hard-top and gloss black wheels. I guess that it is a bit of a marmite look - although I have never been keen on black wheels which effects my view.

That green is hot. I think i need to clean myself up lol

The green would look cool if it had a black pack front end like the fabias, i.e black grill surround, headlights, roof n alloys!!

Hard to know how it will look in Green until we get some proper pics I think, very much love/hate though for sure. They are mentioning it officially on the skoda-auto site now, along with what they call Platin Grey (I guess what we have been calling Steel Grey). That colour could also look pretty cool, as it looks similar to a few Audi A5s I have seen around. It would put it somewhere between Brilliant Silver and Anthracite Grey, so could be a very happy medium.

The bright green probably will not sell that well, but at least it livens things up a bit in the range. Would have loved a dark green RS option though, now that would be nice!

Was in my local dealer today, they have said that should it be confirmed they will order one in as a demo I will spec it to what I want, then at the end of the 3 month demo period if I want it I can have it, trade my white one in for it, must admit I love the green, but it does need black wheels and black headlights, limo tints etc to get it done right!
