They sent me a 13" one instead of the 19" one! Invoice also says 13" but website says 19"

Tried to reorder the 19" version but the code now only works for £20+ orders!

Anyone else got a wrong wiper?

Same here. Definitely got aerotwin on the box. Now have to remember which side was which. :D 99% sure 21" = passenger side.

Looks like it's just me then...

ECP got back to me, want me to take a picture and let them know the barcode details! (I guess for proof I got the wrong one).

Even though the paper despatch note says AR13U 13" and invoice on website is AR19U 19". Clearly someone picked up the wrong part!

We'll see what happens now!

Fitted mine this morning and it was indeed the case. Glad to finally have a pair of wipers which work :D
