well thats a lot of replys dont all comment at once :( lolz.

well some info, i was given the car as std last year as my grandad passed away and my nana cant drive due to a problem with her eye sight... hence the bumps and scrapes around the car. RIP grandad. The car stayed std up untill about a few months ago when i had a 4 weeks off work due to breaking my shoulder, i got really bored and ended up with some ideas in my head which i shouldnt of. lol.

The coilovers were the first thing that came and i fitted them whist i was off work supposedly resting :/ i then bought some landrover mondials as i loved them, but it soon became apparent that i cocked up and 18s were far to big. i got them for a bargain price and sold them to a member on here for a bargain price too.

I then found some merc segins i liked for sale on ed38 for 600£ i commented on them and a few days later someone else pmed me saying he had some if i wanted them... 270 quid and a fair few hours in the car and i had these. i had them powder coated and my buddy made me some adapters, although i think we miss judged the rears as i could do with another 5mm to stance it abit better.

I've also just won a pair of segins from ebay so should get these in the next few days. this gives me a spare and ill probably sell the other one on.

inside the car i have porsche boxster seats with custom frames which are wired up and electricly adjust :]

updates will be made and ill try get some better pictures

The wheels are awesome - always loved segins. If only I had some proper free cash. Lol

What's the ride like on the segins? I would have thought the ride might be a bit harsh, especially alongside coilies...?

More pics needed. Much more pics. ;)

A set of segins went on eBay for 270 the other day buddy!! The rides harsh, but it is on jom's screwed down to the bottom at the front and fuel economy has gone down a few mph with them on too. I guess as there's more road contact, a larger rolling diameter and the adapters weigh a tonne lol.

I think I'm goin to get polo top mounts next and take the front arch liners out that should see me some better stance.

well went on a roadtrip last night to pick up a vrs front bumper, should make a good edition to the estate. not sure if i should smooth the front number plate off or keep standard? hmmmm. i did it on my old polo and it looked awesome, but not sure i fancy driving around plateless when i have 6 points already.

Heres a pic of my old polo, been ages since i whored these.

thats my nannas driving mate. lol. its abit bruised and battered. will get sorted eventually

Looks smart with the alloys and coilovers. Any performance upgrades?

engine is standard mate. although after adding wheels and adapters my mpg has gone down quite dramatically so i may look into getting it remapped to find some of the lost mpgs. i drive slow so dont need it fast. just want my 58mpg back lol
