Bright red good depending on pads. A lot of high spec pads don't work well till there up to temp

But if your trying to sell this car in the classifieds section then why update pictures of you clearly pushing the car hard! There is no real need to slam your breaks on the public roads, especially if driving safely within the limits and safely spaced out...

On a positive note I saw a picture of a merclaren slr with ceramic breaks glowing bright red! Looks pretty cool

Rather than buying something else which would also need modifying (money down the tubes) I'd like to see Luke wait for six month or a year, save up and get something really tasty.

Braking from 100mph or so down to 60mph will cause them to glow in one hit. On Bedford GP I was seeing 125mph+ down the back straight every single lap before having to slam on for the next corner.

Last night it took one attempt to get it to glow like that, it's not really a hard life, they're designed for hard track use.

Everyone knows my car is driven hard, but it's also maintained hard... If anything is not perfect it's uprated or changed in some way. If the engine was not up to scratch I'd put a new one in, etc.

Cool wasn't having a dig, glad to hear your pleased with the k sports, they do seem to get good reviews on many car forums, my bros friend has put some huge ones on the front of his V6 Clio and he rates them highly also. I think good uprated brakes are a worthy mod as the standard oem stuff is shocking, the fabia should have came with the 312mm up front and the vented 256mm on the rear as standard, all my own opinion of course.

Selling up? What about big turbo 1.8 20VT lump going in? Then it really would be a stand out from the norm crowd.
