Spoke to a guy in B&Q with a year old blue VRS stating my car looked cleaner than his was it you...

Nice looking car, silver is the best colour for the MK1 Octy.... it highlights the body shape better than any other colour.

I wanted a silver vRS but the wife said it was an old mans color so we went for black which is a pain to keep clean and doesn't look as good as silver doh.

Has your car had a new O/S front wing ??? the paint match with the drivers door appears to be ever so slightly off ??? or maybe I've had to much mulled wine.

PS your wiper spindles look like they could do with a bit of lube.

Hi Bill, no all panels are same color trust me, I took pics in the early evening when starting to get dark, and my outside street light was shinning on the front end of the car.

P.S funny you mention wiper spindles as I replaced the wipers for VW areo ones after pics taken and i also lubricated the spindles and clean them up, so nice try...

No worries, you clearly have put a lot of effort into it! It's nice to see it still looking OEM to the untrained eye, but someone into cars would really appreciate it.

Pook Lane is the Denvilles/Emsworth end of Havant... opposite the Londis at the traffic lights. Used to work at the Royal Oak in Langstone!

ah ok, I played volleyball on that rugby field in the summer months for a company team. You might of seen my car then.

I normally drive down hazleholt Road as well in the mornings and coming home from work.
