can be used for the number plate lights too as they fit nicely and are very bright

usually get them from hong kong like 99p if you dont mind waiting for postage they do last for a while, never had any problems

ooh look what i found fits nicely

my forge rear upper strut brace off my fabia vrs.

theres a support welded directly to the suspension turret top, and has a plate on it about 3-4mm thick,

attached to the same as the diagonal supports onto the turret, even has an indent in it where i drilled through. Where it bolts is actually stronger then where it was on the fabia too, result!! a bit of bling for the back lol.

you can just make out its welded straight on the turret here

and there were two indents on this plate, i used the bottom one and drilled through.

also got the two rear wheels back on with there new 225/45 17 Avon zv5's

Indeed not much more to do at the min might clean the inlet manifold a little more an the outside of the throttle body, already cleaned that internally, got a few bits an pieces arriving during the week but the turbos gonna be 1-2week wait im hoping it might be here this weekend as im off, fingers crossed

a couple of bits arrived today,

My forge Airfilter like the bmc in a carbon box, got a 3inch inlet so will fit when i go 3 inch maf too, got a 3-2.5 reducer for the min to fit standard maf. This will be fed by a nice 3 inch cold air feed from the front bumper

and a new trim for around the stereo, as mine had a hands free kit fitted and they drilled a hole in the facia :(.

not much more to do now got some more bits coming some samco turbo hoses and s3 braces. might start taking the suspension off for when my weitecs arrive end of the week. Then hopefully turbo will be here end of the week too as there working on it as we speak

it must have done for a bit its a 5chassis but registered march 06 so would have thought it sat for at least 6 months, same ive only seen very few 55plate vrs's never an 06

yeah came this morn cheers buddy, and yep will prob keep it green cant be arsed spraying it again lol

another little update fitted the weitec coilovers did the fronts yesterday only had a couple of hours and finished off the rears this morning, also took the octy and vrs badge off the rearend.

Don't like the wheels!! Got a nice set of tt wheels I will swap you to help you out ;-) ;-)
