yep cheers dude, you must have been running the fronts low lol, ive gone up to just under half way on the fronts will be low enough for me

Yep I was running front and rears very low, probably too low of the best position for comfort and overall ride quality. Under half way is what most folks set to and will give great handling. If you raised front then you will need to raise rears if not done so. :thumbup:

dont know how i managed to not see this build thread, it all makes sense now about the wheels! :D

Update!!! Turbo shall be arriving Saturday woohoo, shall be fitted sunday and hopefully if no problems will be running about in her next week, can actually get some decent pictures lol

yep stage 2 hybrid k03s, full k04 internals:) its not that hard to do yourself really, if you have time an patience.

theres far too many floating about that seem too cheap, herd that theres alot of chinese copys of debatable quality, so stuck with then hybrid, more then enough for what i need, they reckon can push just under 300 with this, though i wont be pushin it that hard

Looks like a lovely bit of kit - Forge actuator built on as well! Do you have to set the actuator rod yourself or is it already set to what it should be?

yep preset to around 12psi

whats the difference between the hybrids and say the backdraft m/s k04-001 :dull:

have they both not got k04 insides ?????????

most of the bolt on k04 ones are only half k04 i think its the exhaust side, from what i can tell this one is full internals an other bits im gonna get an exact spec of them this week when i remember

trev, sorry to be a total bellend and ask stupid questions, does that turbo fit onto a standard manifold, the engine i have is an agu with a standard k03 turbo on and just wondered it it will fit? also is it much larger physically than a k03 unit, i dont have much space to play with behind the engine and i was just looking at future possibilites for upping the power stakes a little

externally the only difference is the actuator is very slighty larger then original, its one of the reasons i went for it is its fits exactly the same exhaust an intake side an all oem oil lines etc

thanks for that, i guessed there would be some slight differences.. sadly i only have about 15mm or so between the wastegate capsule and the front bulk head so i dont think it will fit bearing in mind the engine will move about a bit under load

not guite off for mapping yet unless it has a big boost spike due to the different actuator, an as i needed a new hotside, exhaust turbine got thrown into the cat lol and had damaged the hotside internally on its way out, i didnt get any change out of 1k plus nut bolts gaskets etc

I get robbed high fitting cos im crap, anything other than audio im buggered lol

That and i spent my kidneys on some wheels ..... Oooops :(

Are you keeping stock injectors or going bigger
