if you get vw 504/507 you cant go wrong (longlife) Mobile 1 esp for example.

You can use any of the oils in the first link, all of which are spec VW 505.01 approved. Alternatively, any of the later (and more expensive) VW 504.00/507.00 oils in the second link are also suitable.
