Pancakes!-How Many?

I know its a day early but due to mike going home tomorrow lunchtime and me working late night tomorrow, we are having pancake night tonight!! will update post later to say how many were eaten tonight tho!!! :p

What topping do you have? I like sugar and lemon juice, strawberry jam or maple syrup.

Depends how big they are. We use a massive frying pan, so normally 3 and I feel sick!

I pint milk, 2 eggs and 8 spoons flour. Makes enough for about 12 pancakes = 6 each

Slosh with lemon juice, sprinkle on sugar.

Eat

Wait about 15 minutes.

Discuss and repeat.

Simples.

For me, tonight.. not a single one :'( No one else in the house, and I don't know how to make them for myself.

Normally I'd probably have about 4-6 each with 3 of us eating them and 2 frying pans on the go. For fillings, I alternate between Maple Syrup, and Lemon and Sugar.
