Felly windscreen

Well all sorted!

SKU had no idea where the first windscreen went so they ordered in another one and that was in today.

There was a scab under where the window leaked (NS bottom) and that was removed, buzzed, Kurusted, acided and resprayed. Hopefully that and a newer/better fitting rubber will stop the leak.

Now I just need to avoid flying stones!!

Well done that man. When they redid mine it had some very mild pitting in the lower/base section. I sincerely hope you don't end up like I did with a repeat performance only around 1 month later with a smaller stone again impacting right at the base!!

Still looking out around Ashford, don't think I've spied you yet.

My old girl rarely bombs past anything! I'm sure we'll catch up soon. All the best.

Know the feeling but it Definately gets up to 70 fairly quickly.

Here is a picture of the rust which was at the bottom of the window if anyone is interested;

That looks similar albeit mine was at an earlier stage. Common issue on the fellys.
