Anyway, I called Chris Knott today for a quote for both a standard car and a Jabba. Results:

Std 639.02

Jabba 1163.16

Privilege are quoting me 390.60 on a standard Octy, though they won't allow a remap.

I'm early 30's, 9 years no claims, no accidents, clean licence, good area, my and SWMBO to drive. She also has a clean licence and no accidents.

Can I conduct a quick straw pool and ask how much people for paying for a Jabba'ed Octy vRs and who they are with?

Liverpool Victoria. Think I'll be changing come renewal though as they've spat their dummies out somewhat recently re: modifications.

When I tried to get my TDI remapped and insured I spoke to three people at Direct Line and none knew what a remap was

I'm currently with them and only used them because of their flexible attitude to remaps. I'll not use them again. Ever.

mine is the 11-25%increase cause thats what my remap is. if you go for 26%+ they may not insure you, in real terms the increase shouldnt be more than 25% going by turbo limits

I was going by what Jabba say on their website. 210bhp - 230bhp. I thought I would go for worst case scenario.
