All 3 people injured have left hospital now :clap: :clap: :clap: FAST RESPONSE from GTI International and there emergency procedures seems to have saved the day!

I was so pleased to hear this morning that all 3 injured on Sunday have now left hospital without severe injuries.

Two of the three injured appear in the local paper in Stoke.

Glad they are making a good recovery.

I had left by the time of the accident but the emergency procedures appear to have been excellent. It's a well known fact that the first response care/treatment is crucial in ensuring those injured have the best possible chance of recovery. The emergency procedures were well planned because this was an organised motorsport event. The problem is some people see a race track as a place to behave like idiots in their cars and abuse it by holding their own drag races as was the case near by where people were camping on saturday evening. Should an accident have occured here which was much more likely there was no planned emergency response and the consequences could have been severe. The security staff did their best to prevent it and put barriers across the track and stationed a marshall car there all night but some idiots just couldn't help themselves getting in and out of their cars and driving around like *****s. In my opinion there should have been zero tollerance to this sort of behaviour and those responsible removed from the site. Rant over.
