mk2 golf with a 1.8T(guess the BHP)

Featured Replies

483bhp:)

Jabba are building one just like this with a target BHP of 600.

I guess at 592 BHP

I reckon it'll be in the region of 600 bhp to run 10 seconds and finish at 135mph!

1081?

480bhp

when are we going to be told the answer?

is it 4wd?

I can't download the wmv at work, but if its that red convertible 4wd one I saw at Burnin' Bournemouth, then its a 0-60 of 3.21 seconds car! I never saw what it was running, but say 561 bhp for the record. :D

570bhp

do we get a prize to the nearest or correct answer?:P

stock AEB 1.8Tengine block,Stock headgasket and stock head bolts , head has cams and 5 angle valve job

-Turbo is a GT3052 (assuming a 3037) from Forced Performance. Running a 5 bolt T-series exhaust housing, .63 a/r. 720cc injectors, right at 80% duty cycle, 3 bar of FP at idle.

I wonder if that dyno over-reads aswell (allegedly)

impessive, thats a lot of power for an engine running standard internals

must only be a matter of time before a rod lets go and fires itself through the block
